Yes. Exclaimer allows you to create multiple signature templates and assign them by user, department, role, or any Active Directory attribute. Sales, support, and leadership can all have different signatures if required.

We typically have Exclaimer live within 1 business day of receiving your approved signature designs. This includes configuring the platform, connecting it to your email environment, and testing across multiple devices and clients.

Once configured, new user signatures are generated automatically based on their Active Directory or Microsoft Entra ID profile. We monitor this as part of ongoing management, but in most cases it's fully automated.
