Most standard broadband installs complete within 5–15 working days depending on connection type and location. Leased lines typically take 30–60 days. We give you a firm timeline from the outset and manage the process end-to-end.

If you have our failover solution in place, your backup connection activates automatically within seconds. If not, our support team will raise a fault with your provider and manage the resolution, so you won't be left chasing engineers yourself.

A leased line is a dedicated, uncontended connection reserved exclusively for your business, unlike standard broadband, which is shared with other users in your area. It delivers guaranteed speeds and SLA-backed uptime. If your business relies heavily on VoIP, video conferencing, or cloud platforms, a leased line is usually worth the investment. If you need that certainty without managing the carrier yourself, our leased lines include installation, monitoring and provider management.

For broadband and leased line products, we cover UK-wide. For on-site installation and support work, we primarily cover Oxfordshire, Buckinghamshire, and Berkshire, though we can arrange coverage further afield on request.
