Simon has been with Ask4Support since the very beginning, working closely with David to build an MSP that does things differently. He is passionate about helping businesses unlock their potential through exceptional IT support, with a strong focus on staying ahead of ever-evolving technology and cybersecurity risks.

Good IT support should be invisible. When it's working well, you don't notice it, and that's exactly what we aim for.

David's love for IT started at a young age. After earning a degree in Computer-Aided Design, he worked across a range of IT roles before joining Ask4Support in 2014, first as a contractor and then as a full Shareholder and Technical Director in 2017.
