At Ask4Support, we have reached another exciting milestone, having been awarded a Microsoft Solutions Partner designation for Security.

This latest achievement sits alongside our existing Solutions Partner designation for Business Applications, further demonstrating our expertise across Microsoft technologies and our commitment to delivering high-quality IT, cyber security, and technology solutions and support to our customers.
What does this mean for our clients and other organisations?
There are around 400,000 companies and individuals within the Microsoft Partner network, ranging from independent software developers submitting apps to the Microsoft Store through to major hardware vendors and cloud service providers such as Ask4Support. With such a large number of organisations in the network, Microsoft needs a way to distinguish partners that demonstrate particularly strong capabilities and expertise.
To do this, Microsoft awards Solutions Partner designations across specific solution areas and competencies. Partners must meet Microsoft’s requirements across areas including technical capability, the skills and expertise of their people, and customer success.
These designations are challenging for IT, technology and cyber security service providers to achieve. To be awarded these designations, we have had to demonstrate a proven track record of delivering security and modern workplace transformation for our customers, alongside proving the expertise of our individual engineers and technicians through external exams and certifications.
Why does this matter?
When choosing an IT, cyber security and technology solutions provider, organisations need confidence that they are working with a partner that has the right expertise, experience and technical capabilities.
Our Solutions Partner designation for Security demonstrates that Ask4Support has met Microsoft’s requirements for delivering security solutions to customers, including technologies across Azure, Microsoft 365 and Intune, with modern security controls and best practices in place.
But security is about more than just technology.
By working with an experienced Microsoft partner, organisations can also benefit from:
- Strategic support, advice and guidance around security and compliance requirements.
- Assistance with specific certifications, such as Cyber Essentials.
- Staff training and support to help strengthen security awareness across your organisation.
What should you do if you are unsure of your organisation’s cyber security posture?
If you are unsure about your current cyber security position, identifying potential risks and vulnerabilities is an important first step.
We are experienced in working alongside both in-house and third-party IT teams and can provide a comprehensive Microsoft 365 or Microsoft Copilot security assessment to help you understand your current position, identify potential gaps and determine the actions needed to strengthen your security.
